How We Sell Our Products

Some of our products are free, others you must pay for. We always let you "try before you buy" with some form of preview - a sample document, documents which may be downloaded for free but which can't be printed, pictures in your browser.

Products which must be paid for are password-protected: first, you download the documents you want; then you buy the passwords. That way, you can be pretty sure that the download worked - although, if it didn't, our technology ensures that the password you've bought will work for subsequent copies of exactly the same product.

When you decide to buy, you'll click on a "Buy!" link and be taken to our secure on-line order processor, Kagi. There you'll see a form on which you can specify how many passwords you want to buy, and for which products. After specifying this, you're taken to a page on which you provide credit-card information. After this is collected, you'll be emailed the password(s) for the products you've ordered. It may take a few hours for the email to be sent, although normally it's much faster.
